Posting threads on the correct board

Over the last couple of weeks, the SEC Rant has seen an influx of threads that only concern a small aspect of one specific team. These threads should be restricted to the team boards that the thread actually concerns.
That lackadaisical enforcement of this rule has led to a very spam-overloaded SEC Rant.

So, what's better?
A thread specifically about an SEC team making it over to the SECRant, or constant flame threads cluttering up the board?
