People keep saying this like its widespread but Stonehog is literally the only one that took the bet that's still posting and everyone knows Stone gonna Stone. Everyone else is gone and has stayed gone.

No, only about a 1/3 of them honored the bet, Stonehog has just been the most blatant. Just like the sig bet from last year, the majority didnt honor the bet
