Issue with the banner when clicking on a thread

I don't know if this is has been brought up before or if this is even an issue, but, when I click on a thread the banner becomes uneven. It's normal on the SECR main page.

Looked fine for me on mobile and full version. Have you tried refreshing your browser?

Yeah. It might just be my government IE bullshite.
