is anybody else getting a black box on their screen?

I have been getting a black box, no text, popping up on the screen today. Is anybody else having this issue?

It's my home computer. I use Chrome. It just started today. It is intermittent and it's pissing me off. When it starts, I have to close the screen and start over again.

I use chrome on my cell and it keeps taking too long to load the site and times-out. That or it will say the page isn't available. Just started today.
ETA: All other sites are loading normally. It's just this site that is doing this.

Can you take a screen shot next time it happens and post it? That would help. What ad blockers do you have running?
I'm also on chrome with a desktop and haven't had that issue at all.
