Every reply generates a “site not secure page. “

about a month,
I thought it was just a coverage thing in the carolinas causing a weak signal.
SHould I get this checked at Apple or ATT?

Try the following on your phone in iOS.
Note that this will log you out, so make sure you know your password.
Clear the Safari Cache:
Go to Settings > Apps (all the way at the bottom) > Safari > Advanced (at the bottom) > Website Data
At the top, search for "secrant.com" and when it appears, swipe left on it, then tap Delete.
Then search for "tigerdroppings.com" and when it appears, swipe left on it, and tap Delete.
Press the X at the top right.
Hold the < at the top left of the screen for a minute and back out a bit.
Then, physically on your phone, do the following in quick succession:
Force Restart:
Press the Volume Up button (and let go).
Press Volume Down button (and let go).
Press the Power button and HOLD IT until the screen goes black and you see an Apple logo reappear.
Log back in and see if anything changed.

Siri has hooks into your email and calendar, etc., and it's actually useful. (Without sharing through a third-party AI.)
As in, "give me a summary of emails about so-and-so-topic over the past six months, and tell me when so-and-so last replied about it."
I've only used iPhones for about six or seven years, but to me this is the most significant iOS update I've seen.

Now it logs me out every time I got to a different website.

No, essentially what it does is delete your cache and data from those particular sites, and forces it to look for a new certificate next time.
You can clear it all for Safari in general, but it will log you out of each of those sites and you may lose cookie data.
I've found doing it just for the sites in question seem to work better. Something (like these certificates) don't seem to get cleared when you do it all together.

What do you mean?
If you cleared it for all sites, you'll just have to log back in those as well.
It can be a pain, but if you're having issues overall it might help.
