Do the Admins look at the SECr Help Board? If so, do they act on requests?

Chicken does stop by from time to time but it seems it's usually just to swat us smallfolk down. I don't think they ever really pay attention to the board and act on requests/ideas that would benefit the community.
My theory is they created this board as an outlet, a way to keep us quiet and off the main Help board.
