Are new posts not showing up?

I can see where it says somebody responded, but when I click the thread I don't see anything. 
I tried both my iPhone and laptop. Nothing.

Noticed it on the NCAA xbox thread on the OTB, but it's since stopped acting up.

The one that I really noticed was on my Black History Month thread on the OTB.
Tbird posted a reply at 12:07am and it showed that in the new replies box from the topics list. However when you clicked into the thread the last post in the thread was at 12:04am.
Tbird said he was getting error messages so I think the system just thought a reply got through when it really didn't. Id link the thread but im on my phone.

Hell, server has been down for me. Now cant click on any thread longer than 1 page. NSD > tRant

This is happening to me on the OM Board... I click on the last post and it redirects me to the first page
