ADMINS....question about my avatar and sig.

For almost a year I have had this avatar.
I suddenly get get this message. Are there new rules or something?
I have had this sig since Butch Jones was hired.
Suddenly I get this message.
Why are both suddenly not allowed?

Because,
A: They just noticed
or
B: It was pointed out by someone
I've seen worse avatars, but the sig image size thing has always been a rule.

I have interacted with several admins here and no one ever said anything.

I had this (masterpiece by Killz) as my sig for months before I got the message regarding it being inappropriate.
Perhaps it was just overlooked or someone reported it, but I think it probably had to do with some less than favorable post relative to LSU.
If you need a new sig or avi, you should use this one below (I created it but have never used it).
