I like the analogy but even the cable company gives you hope by answering your phone call and giving you an appointment time.

Okay, I gotta admit I laughed at that one.
On the other hand, now that I am a Mizzou fan it really has been a serious Grind on them so Ice Cold really may be a Grind Master.
