Are there any places in Baton Rouge that have a steam room or sauna that you don’t have to join? I would like to go sit in a sauna/steam room after a long week of work and training.
If there aren’t any, does the cyroTheropy work that is at Perkins Rowe?

IMO cryotherapy is overrated unless you can afford to do it on a regular basis. It’s extremely expensive.
