It’s a LADOTD issue. The engineers who gave the most $$$ did a $hit job doing thier design. All they did was google earth and draw some line on plans. Once it was milled they realized it needs drainage. So then went back to engineers (who will charge more) to design drainage. So the public...

It was a p3 project. Yes they need tolls to build it. Lake Charles has a loop. If you don’t want to pay toll take the loop. This state is broke $$$$. ...

The out of state contractor told the LADOTD the crews are busy on another project and will be back once the job they went to is completed. Should be sometime in November but then the holidays start so maybe after Mardi Gras?...
