The O-line has been one of the biggest disappointments in the team this year, IMO.

Yes, but I think they are being coached up now...cant say that about last year. It was the third game under a new OLC, a new system and teaching can correct things. We got beaten physically by UK cause they were wanting to win 500x more than us. We have strong bodies on both lines of the ball. I hope to see better OL & Defensive play Saturday night.

If you watch post game celebrations in the locker room I can see the players beginning to understand and accept Mullen's way. Once they really like their coaching staff and believe in them things can turn around quickly, unlike that shite school up north of us.

Fans need to buy in completely too...forget UK, past history...doesn't serve a purpose to let that linger. I am excited by the game this weekend on the road with hostile crowd.

Looking at the stands for Colorado State game made it look like the fans are not buying into Mullen and this team . Hopefully Mullen can change that .

Yeah its a combination of the opponent and the hot weather didn't help...I think it was more of that vs Mullen..but some folks are fair weathered and since we lost to UK they think the program is doomed this year. I obviously think much differently.

RG is a problem and center has been also at times. When we cant establish a run game..we aren't going to look good offensively and neither will most QBs unless its an air raid offense throwing 50-55 times a game...sells tix but leads to losses by 51-43 type scores.

Buchanan is listed as starter at center tomorrow. The OL in general hasn't looked good and Im hope improvement is soon to show up once our scheme and techniques are mastered. I don't Heggie will turn around our fortunes by himself. I do know the staff is high on Gouriage and he may be r/sed or saved for last 4 games to play then r/sed...he has to develop as most OL do. Weight room is his friend.

Looking in the stand for Colorado State

I was in the West stands in the shade the whole game and it was still 100 degrees with 90% humidity. It was damn hard to get fired up about anything we did last Saturday.
