Another blown double digit lead. Looking at the rest of our schedule, it wouldn’t surprise me if we lose out and go to the NIT. Billy D please come back

At this point I will take it . White is clearly lost and needs to be replaced. Our guys can’t even make layups .

This team just looks really tired and plays that way. Where has Hudson gone (heck where has november gone this team could not score 80 right now against an open floor)guy is not playing good basketball right now.

This team needs a big man bad!!!!

Hudson has let guys shoot 3 pointers against him wide open and doesn't know a frick about defense. Sit his azz down, at least til he learns a lesson. Everyone likes to shoot but no one wants to guard.

Agree. Okauru has earned his playing time. Put Hudson on the bench

Guys are missing layups and that is on the coach? We are more than capable of getting guys close to the rim, but up and down the roster they fail to convert. It's hard to explain - fatigue, lack of concentration, fear of being blocked? Fact of the matter is the guys have to make the easy shots and we don't. Donovan has had these types of years as well. Sometimes you just end up not being as good as you think, and now we are going up against a better conference.

That said, it is way too early to talk about changing coaches. White had a successful first two years and is considered one of the better young coaches in the game. It would be a big mistake to fire him after what could turn into one disappointing season. Take a look at Shaka Smart, everyone was disappointed he was off the market but he is barely over .500 at Texas and there is talk of the hot seat. We have to wait this out, see how the rest of the year goes and evaluate after next season.

White's in game coaching is horrific. Using your PG as a low post scorer. WTF? Not fouling with a few seconds left and allowing a 3 pointer to tie? Totally gave away the Georgia game with conservative play. Hayes fouling 40 feet away against Vandy with 5 seconds. WTF? Team is full of low IQ players. That's coaching.

This team seems to be going backwards. Good thing with basketball is that a really good coach can come in with a great recruiting class and turn things around year 1.

I don’t know these players personally so I can’t say they are lazy, so I’m just going to go with they’re tired. Lots of guys playing a lot of minutes. With that said there are always guys standing around watching when there is a long rebound or a loose ball. It’s annoying to watch.

Our team was hurt by injuries to our big guys and it shows. UT had 6'7 7" & 6'8" guys with bulk move us out of the way all night and we foul like crazy, miss FTs and cant rebound a missed FT because we don't have muscled big guys.

Our perimeter shooting has suffered from lack of confidence and wide open looks clang or become air balls...that's not coaching. Coach White tries to instill confidence in the huddle but players are putting up bad shots or are missing down low because of the other team's big guys intimidating us when we drive to the basket.

Auburn has no big guys really...yet look at them

It's an excuse. Good coaches get it done and find a way. White is clearly lost.

It is slightly different in that Auburn was built to and was expecting to play small all year. It helps when you have a full complement of players to keep your guys from getting worn down.

That said, we didn't have an issue finding good shots against Tennessee. The offense worked and opened up a ton of great opportunities. The loss wasn't a product of not knowing how to play small, it was the inability to make shots.

Problem is. We don't ride the hot hand. Not all five guys are cold that can score.

We don't feed when someone hits it. We let them disappear far to often. We must identify the hot hand. Have had the issue all year. That and we don't quicken pace to adjust to poor half court offense. Get a rebound and go. They make a shot? Get it down the court quickly and start the set. We suck in half court back and forth. We must push..constantly.

I think the concern with pushing pace has been the poor transition defense. When you aren't hitting on the offensive end, you have to get back and defend or risk digging yourself a big hole in a hurry. The team is too quiet, and it hurts us in transition. I would say at this point may as well go back to that style, but I do understand White's concern.

It’s odd that our record against the top teams in the conference is so much better then the bottom . We have beat every team in the top half of the conference but Tennessee. We have also lost to almost every team in the bottom half of the conference. If we could beat the teams that we are clearly better than , then we would be a top 4 seed atleast in the NCAA tournament.

Ahhh tjv, we may be a fifth seed in the NCAA if we beat UK and win a game in the SECT, even if we don't Lunardi had us as a sixth seed before the Bama win. We are third in the damn country with 9 quadrant 1 wins....relax.

Almost all teams go through sputters and spurts...its called basketball. Are we an elite team? We can be...are we average? We can be.

Just be glad we aren't S. Carolina, who went to the Final Four last year and wont make the NCAAs this year...started out strong, beat us at Exact Tech and promptly fell apart in a nose dive. If you think Frank Martin doesn't know how to coach you are so wrong.
