Agree. I don't like the play calling and I certainly don't like #1 taking 2 plays off for every play he actually plays to the whistle, but Billy has brought in players who are performing.

At the end of the day, Napier is a discipline guy and coaches like this are never a quick fix like an offensive coach who wants to sling it around a bunch. My main criticism of him is that even though he went 11-1 last season, he played in a lot of close games, and that seems to be what we are doing as well. If you think we are going to crush someone, we are not. If you think we are going to get crushed, we are not. Get ready for every game to come down to the 4th quarter.

All bets are off if AR throws a bunch of picks.

I look to see us making less mistakes next season along with less penalties. Discipline take time to implement. Some of these kids have been playing football since pee wee league and never had discipline instilled in them, so it is a huge change.

Everyone says this but what can you do when the QB cant execute a simple pass and looks uninterested in running?

Bad pay calling or not it's as if no side of the ball showed up to play this game.

Richardson unfortunately is digressing bad.

The defense was terrible USF ran the ball at will it was ridiculous.

I don't know what happened between the Utah game to now but clearly not the same team.

I'm not sure if Anthony just played over his head in the Utah game and this is the AR that we get the rest of the season. But if it stays like this then I'm not sure if this team can get bowl eligible.

But for sure Ventrell Miller is the backbone of this defense without him they looked terrible.

Miller being out forced FR LBs on the field making their first start. Kinda rippled from there as guys trying to aide them took themselves out of their gaps ect.

Agree about filling the gaps.

But there is no way USF Oline should have been able to run the ball on our Dline like that. I'm not a fan of Patrick Toney. Watched his defense at ULL and wasn't impressed. Coach Choas has not been chaotic enough in my opinion. This Dline should be better then they played Saturday.

Hopefully we see a much different team on Saturday in Knoxville.

Can you believe Louisville beat USF like 100-3? They lost their super bowl last week and didn't show up to play.
