Multiple sources tell FootballScoop Florida went strong on Scott Frost…with several sources over the past few days telling FootballScoop Florida officials felt, despite Frost’s obvious connections to Nebraska, that they would wind up securing Frost as their next head coach. While that still might happen, a source told FootballScoop last night, Tom Osborne called Frost yesterday and told him it was time to come home. We were told Frost understood the message.

This is ridiculous playing musical chairs with head coaching candidate's like Mac playing musical chairs with his qb's NCAA (No clue at all) this the very disappointing Stricklin hiring a coach = Florida screwed for the next 10 years

A lot of people said this was the easy hire because there is literally no vetting process.
Just strange how we were early in the process but somehow Kelly meets with UCLA before us. Nebraska gets to frost before they even fire their coach and he wont even meet with us and from what I heard Taggart just said no thanks.

They probably worked the back channels better but using a search committee to talk to their agents.
