Almost all credible sources say it's a done deal, the others quickly backtracked their claims about his agent meeting with UCLA. Come to the Gator discord if you don't believe me.

For the Gators discord. It's way better than having to refresh and you can talk to guys who actually have an idea of what's going on. For what it's worth:
Most of the credible guys from here put it at 85% or higher that Chip comes to Florida.

Just listened to a podcast were some west coast guys were talking about UCLA vs UF. 3 things stuck out.
1 - they said UCLA would match whatever UF is willing to pay for Chip but UCLA will be cheaper at paying for the type of coaching staff Chip wants. That's were UF has them beat.
2 - He said as a culture fit believe it or not UF has UCLA beat. Simply put you could be the devil himself and a straight up a-hole but you can get away with that in the SEC if you win at a championship level. He said you can't do that at UCLA. He said their boosters need to be wined and dined.
3 - UCLA is a weird school. Chip might fancy himself as a westcoast guy but Oregon and LA are both a different type of west coast and Chip only had to answer to 1 booster at Oregon. Mr. Phil Knight.

Betting sites are the worst, man. They're there to make money, and they know there are some retards who will throw away their money.
Mullen was a favorite for us.

The odds are set to make money.
Again:
Mullen was #1 for a week.
Frost was #1 for a week.
Now we can't even get a line set on Kelly to Florida for an obvious reason.
They do what they can to make money, and they know people will jump on that bet -- the more those people bet, the more those people stand to lose.
Kelly will be a Gator, book it.

I don't really think UCLA would or could sustain a bidding war with UF. If this was only about money I'd have zero worry Kelly is the next coach.

if i had to bet on it, i'd say kelly is headed to uf. no reason for all those people to head to nh w/o already knowing what was going to happen, especially fuchs.
i just think they're waiting til after the regular season is over. saturday, sunday, monday. w/e.
ambiguity has killed more people than stalin. don't let it get your goats.
if we don't get kelly or frost, oh well. i think campbell or leach would be my next move, don't think mullen ever leaves state. campbell is a borderline up and comer, been a head coach for 7 years now.

Per Buddy Martin Show the announcement of Chip Kelly as @GatorsFB HBC will not happen until after FSU game. If he takes job before Gators season is over he will miss out on $5 million NFL payout.

Agreed. I think it is likely done just based on who went up there last night, but will wait to announce.
Hard to find circumstances where a coach was named before a season was over, even in situations where the guy wasn't coaching. Urban was announced to Ohio State after the Michigan game.
