IMO, he wasn't going after the post from the message board but the guy who in the chain of Tweets attacked Jeremy Foley. There have been hundreds of Kelly Tweets he has ignored, this is the first that went after Foley and he responded quickly.

I’m now hearing that SEC commissioner has chosen to not stand in way of Florida hiring Chip Kelly if he is the school’s selection. Reporting with @biggamejames36.
