Per Darren Heitner:
Confirmed that UF is looking at Chip Kelly as next head coach. Decision could be as soon as this week. Also heard that Florida was becoming very frustrated with Jimmy Sexton, who represents many other potential candidates. Chip is represented by David Dunn.

I agree, if for no other reason than there are now so many different stories out there. The problem becomes that with the amount of excitement growing around Kelly's potential hire, if he doesn't end up being the guy, unless you get Frost, almost everyone else is going to be considered a disappointment.

UCF is going to be a legit contender, but once they move to a real conference they are going to have a frick ton of 6 - 6, 7 - 5 seasons.

Well, on Monday Darren Heitner of The Sports Agent Blog, tweeted that Chip Kelly is the leading candidate for the Florida job, stating that UF prefers a candidate without ties to agent Jimmy Sexton (Jim McElwain’s agent).
