Unless he's tremendously improved, you don't want Sale as your OL guy. His one year at UGA was a cluster and he was sent packing.

a contact who is close to current Chicago Bears Defensive Line coach Chris Rumph that told me that Billy Napier reached out a couple of days ago gauging interest. Rumph was a defensive line coach for the Gators from 2015-2017.

Was Sale around during the end of Richt? I thought Sale was friends with Pruitt and around for that whole cluster frick situation.
One year is not enough sample size. However, after Mullen and Grantham I have learned to listen to fans of a coach's former schools.

word on the street is that napier's staff hasn't talked to anyone on the current staff. apparently, mullen's crew sent napier's assistants recruit evaluations, but they haven't done anything with it.

He was at UGA his last year. To be fair it was with Schott at OC. But it didn’t look good at all when we switched Friend for Sale.

I think it’s mainly Sale n Napier are real tight. Word is Sale is a good recruiter and was Napier’s OC so he’ll still split duties with another OL guy like Trautwein

Jamar Chaney was at UF under Mullen for a little bit. I remember him coming up in recruiting often.

Sound like Jujaun Seider could be hired soon. I hope so. I remember i read a interview his wife and kids really liked Gainesville and his ties are in fla so the hire makes a ton of sense.
