Hopefully as few of the current position coaches as possible.

Hughes (Director of recruiting) and Seider would be my only hold overs.

I don't think there will be much holdover, maybe Seider. We will have to load up on some great recruiters and of course a great DC. One of the first calls should probably be Tosh Lupoi, but it will cost us.

I think Helf is obvious as OC. They worked well together before.

DC I just hope it's not Shannon. I'm done with him.

Seider should stay, and be promoted to recruiting coordinator.


I really hope the DC choice is solid. Really need a good DC to keep up with Chip's offense.
