So, was the “we brothas / we push each other” a ruse between Jones/Richardson?

Or has Richardson finally gotten the “Justin Fields” mentality?
The current change in events certainly has me wondering…

I think it is legit between Jones and Richardson. They are the first one to congratulate each other and the first to pick each other up. Really hard to fake that this long.
I can see them having frustration with Mullen. Especially Richardson.

They are friends but Richardson expects to be starting and will hit the road if he isn't. Jones should be the one finding a landing spot where he can start next season.

I hope Richardson gives it time. He’s a freshman and will end up the starting QB, Jones has just been in the system a bit longer. The fact AR was given so much more game time vs LSU leads me to believe the staff’s confidence is growing in him and he could take the job before the end of the season.
