So Perplexed How UGA Keeps Landing Top Talent With 0 Results Shown

I am obviously no Mullen fan but anyone with a brain can see he utilizes offensive talent at a exponentially higher level than anything Kirby has done at UGA. So my question is — How, how is UGA continuously landing this talent when they are constantly pissing it away? It made sense to me after 2017 because they looked like Bama 2.0 that season and they were the hot new kid on the block that everyone wanted to be a part of. But that was 4 years ago. I figured the blue chips would see Kirby for the fraud he is but they are still grabbing recruits. Gilbert would be a guaranteed top 10 pick here under Mullen and he still went to UGA.
