Quote from a gutless loser. You had a chance to beat a top 10 team on the road with a 2 point conversion. Your QB is hurt as well as your top RB, you weren't going to win in overtime. You had a chance in one play to win the game, whether you made it or not you would have gotten the respect from the fans for trying to win the game. What did you do, Mr. scared money, you played for overtime.
This was the last straw in a game that the players played good enough to win but the coaching was so bad that they didn't.
If Stricklin doesn't fire this clown today, he is also a gutless loser. Remember the words of your latest football coaching hire, scared money don't make money. I am pissed. Go Gators, beat Kentucky!

let's be real, we would've been pissed about whatever play he had drawn up for that as well.

Even the announcers said that he has a 250lb QB, just run a QB sneak.
And then on the goal line he goes to QB sneak with Mertz. So much about Napier and his process. He will do what he does, "regardless of the outcome" end quote. he has no feel for the game or his personnel.

Probably right.

But with that decision made correctly, we would've focused our ire on losing those three points before the half due to substitution ineptitude. Egads!

100% a coaching loss. They don't happen often, but when they do they are a sight to see. The players had UT whooped.

Yeah, incredibly dumb.

Look, you run a QB sneak and it doesn't work, nobody thinks you're a moron, just that you didn't convert.

Look at the Mertz fumble. People may say Lagway should have been in there, but nobody questions the actual call.

Every time I watch the film analysis of these games it becomes clear that Napier has about 15 total plays in his playbook and for the most part sticks to a handful over and over again. He's the most predictable playcaller since Zaunbrecher became the king of bubble screens.
