He’s seems to be doing fine/great. We haven’t really had strength and conditioning problems have we?

Yes he is by far the only hold over the new coach should keep

Exactly...Don't force Billy to keep any staff he doesn't want, that's a terrible way to start this thing off.

Other teams thought UF was soft. That is on the Strength and conditioning coach. Our LBs look like DBs. Yes, Savage did transform Ethan White but UF can do better.

Have to let him go if the new coach wants to bring in their own guy. The HC has to have full trust in the S&C coach since they get to spend so much time with the players.
