So he moves from defensive analysts to QB coach.

He doesn't look like a guy who has ever had anything to do with a QB other than try to knock him down in my opinion not a great move by Mullen.

He was part of developing Lamar Jackson wasnt he? If so..him working with Jones and Richardson is not a bad idea

Defensive analysts can be offensive guys that will talk to the DC about how an offense is going to attack your defense. Break down film on opposing offenses. That was this guy's role.

Also I read something that he was involved in the QB room as well.

I sure hope I can come back here and eat crow later. But as of now I'm not sure this will work out well for Mullen.

But if IF it does go well I'll come back and give them a big thumbs up.

I mean resume is okay. Not massively exciting but still a lot of experience there. Hopefully it pans out.

Actually nice resume better then Johnson but Johnson was big help in recruiting other positions

Also very young.
