No way that S&C guys from the nfl come here for a one year stay they m is that no matter what happens next year napier will be back in 2025.
Pretty clear the uaa doesn’t care about competing anymore and will stick with Napier as long as possible to reduce his buyout.

theCaw - I've got a serious question for you. Would you rather Napier succeed and admit you were wrong? Or would you rather Napier fail so that you would be right?
I'm not overly optimistic about Napier's chances, especially with next year's schedule. But I would much rather him prove me wrong and have a winning team next year.

I think he's more likely than not to get a 4th year but there's a scenario where the wheels come off next year and he's gone.
