They had five fricking sacks

Zuniga had 2.5. 1 was a corner blitz. So other than that, we had 4 tackles for loss on 42 rushing attempts

Our front shouldve been living in their backfield if theyre as good as youre hinting to against colorado fkn state like you said.

They had two defensive touchdowns (as many as Franks).

Joe Burrow had 2 vs Southeastern.. and he played the whole game

Franks...barely made a hundred yards through the air. It's pitiful.

He threw 15 passes with a 7.9 avg.

Whatever you say, man. If you want to blow smoke up dude's asses by all mean, knock yourself out.

The defense did its job, special teams did their job, OL did their job, RBs did their job -- the entire team was better.

Only one position seems to be unable to produce consistently, and its none of those positions or position groups.

Straws, for your sanity stop this horse doo. Folks are looking at your posts and laughing...you are a BROKEN RECORD...its old. You hate Franks...we get it. Does you not one damn bit of good to keep bashing the kid. Grow up.

You just wont stop harping about Franks. I posted several articles to show that Mullen wants Franks as his starter. It may come as a surprise...but he wont change QBs unless Franks totally implodes or gets injured.

You need to email or text everyone in the UF athletic dept and let them know how you feel.

Like I said, this is the 2nd staff who Trask has failed to impress. Franks isnt lighting it up but the fact that Mullen has not even considered pullin the trigger when he couldve vs an inferior opponent is very telling.

"THIS OFFENSIVE LINE SOFT AS BABYSHIT."

"Well actually, they're only allowing one hurry every 10+ dropbacks and the running backs are averaging 175 yards..."

"THIS DEFENSE IS SOFT AS BABYSHIT."

"Well, actually, they only permitted 313 yards on 82 plays..."

Me: Franks is holding back the offense with terrible reads and throws into coverage. Here's the statistical, visual and empirical evidence that he's soft as babyshit.

"AWWW COME ON SCRAWS, HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT?! I DON'T GET IT HE'S DOING JUST FINE. SUPPORT HIM BECAUSE HE'S THE BEST WE HAVE EVEN THOUGH WE HAVEN'T SEEN ANYONE ELSE SO MAKING A NEGATIVE CLAIM ABOUT THE QUARTERBACK IS JUST AS SILLY AS MAKING A POSITIVE CLAIM ABOUT SAID QUARTERBACK."

Seriously, we have no idea what Trask looks like, so to write him off when Franks is verifiably, eating plates of shite in front of us is a little (lot) disingenuous.

There are absolutely problems at other positions, but nothing like a productive offense who doesn't throw into double, triple or quadruple coverage and fumble without contact can't fix.

I got one better

Fans: Franks on the season has 9 td's
Straws: Yeah but only 2 vs KY, you cant count the cupcake games.

Fans
quote:

"THIS DEFENSE IS SOFT AS BABY shite. They allowed over 300 yards rushing vs KY"

Straws: Yeah but against Colorado State they were better.
Fans: Minus the cupcakes, ZERO QB hurries / sacks vs KY

Fans:
quote:

"THIS OFFENSIVE LINE SOFT AS BABY shite. KY had 2 sacks, 3 TFL and 4 hurries"

Straws:
quote:

"Well actually, they're only allowing one hurry every 10+ dropbacks and the running backs are averaging 175 yards..."

Fans: Take out the cupcakes. Not counting Franks runs, Backs ran for 84 yards vs KY

Once again, the TEAM is not very good. The 1 game we played vs a team with a pulse, the Defense got gashed, the OL got handled and the QB was off as well. When it was 3rd in long, KY put their best passrusher against our 5 star LT and he whipped his arse.

Changing the QB wont fix the other problems, especially when your boy Trask cant seem to find a staff willing to put him out there. Change just for change is never good.

You cant argue with Straws who is really deep down pissed because he was WRONG about Trask and its eating him alive. He cant stand to be wrong and has to be always right.

Watching replays of the Colo State game...one thing Franks did well early on was run the ball...he actually picked up 2 first downs via runs.

He might be running more in some games coming up to offset pass rushes. Mullen is a very good teacher and I think we will all see improvement little by little every game...doesn't mean we will win some of those tough games, but will improved to show he is progressing and getting used to Mullens system.
