It has never done UF any good for Bama, UG, Tenn to win. They get get better recruits, take the spotlight and spur Negagators on. When and if it hurts us being number 5 in your scenario, I will still be happy for all of their losses. That won’t change, frick them all. I don’t pull for the SEC, I am a Gator!

Honestly, the more I pay attention to recruiting, the less I think bowl games matter. No one seemed to give a shite about it (from the kids' perspective). Winning over a long period of time seems to be way more valued than winning the bowls.

Its the CFP that Im concerned with and the national image of the SEC...we need 2 schools in the CFP because the SEC is heads and shoulders above the other conferences normally.
