On every board now. Just hope we can protect him and get run game flowing. Cannot afford to lose this game if we want to change national perception about us.

Florida must survive the first half avalanche. If they are within 7-10 they have a shot. USCe was down 17 before they stopped the bleeding and ULL was down 26. They couldnt come all the way back.

I am clueless as to who or what your QBs can do. Which one is the dual threat?

Both can run good, Treon might be a little better though.

Whichever one runs better is the one I'd go with.

Me too but the coaches didnt ask me. Grier has the lazer like accuracy and really can spin it...but Treon has impressed me with the added strength in his arm since last year. Both are winners and I have no problem with both playing...they have made the coaches decision harder, but the handwriting is on the wall that Grier will win out and they sub Treon in certain situations.

I feel much better with this announcement about Saturday and the rest of the season for reasons other than it being Grier that is starting. I believe that whichever QB starts Saturday should have the job moving forward to lose. I do think that Grier has a higher upside and has played better YTD but had the coaching staff announced that Harris was the starter under the same assumption, I would have been ok with that also. Now we have a starter, the only way he should come out is if he doesn't perform, then give the other guy a chance to win the job. Hopefully that won't happen. Go Gators beat Kentucky!

Ball protection is my main concern about Grier...hang on to that damn thing!

Yep. Hopefully we are ready for the blitzing. Need to combat that early and keep UK honest on D.

Spread the field, screens, outs. Get our playmakers in space and I like our chances.

So is your OL an issue? Heard on the radio today that they expected UK D to give Florida's OL some trouble.

Ironically, pass blocking is a strength of the OL thus far.

Its run blocking thats been the issue.

Of course, a young OL will struggle with some blitzes, but they've done a better job than expected thus far.

OL has a problem with stacked defenses on the line and thats the reason running has not been a staple.

UK will try to stop the run...and then force us to pass on 3rd and long.
