Outside of the miserable drunk Edgar amd Mark Long, why are our media boys such lapdogs?

Couldn't throw any softer questions at the Slingblade presser today:

State’s coach is in Year 2. It would be downright pathetic if MSU has any sort of success in this game. Especially when Billy says UF has “the best player development program in the country”.

And his explanation for not going 4 wide is stupid! If it’s so wrong to go 4 wide, why does practically every program do it - especially in a 4th and long situation???

He just loves his slow TEs.

I think Napier is the worst OC in the whole country. Never adapts to the players he has.

I think we should all be in agreement that if the Gators lose to MSU, Napier should be fired immediately after the game. I would venture to say this needs to happen if MSU stays close even if the Gators win, probably won't happen in this scenario, but we can hope.

I think after the next loss he will be fired though if he doesn't lose until the GA game I wonder if they allow him to coach out the season after making the announcement. A Miss St loss and I think that wouldn't be an option and he is out right then.

This seems right. Now, if he defeats Georgia, but loses 1 or 2 of the remaining four (probably to Ole Miss, UT, FSU), and finishes 7-5, then what? Fire him a week after the season ends?

You gotta fire him given there was no improvement over last year's 7-5 record. Zero improvement in Year 4.

So help me if Billy comes back for a Year 5.

I think they announce it after the next loss period. It's just if it was GA or after they might do it Ron Zook style if he agreed to it.
