It's insane that we have five safeties who all have experience and the capacity to start from week to week. Going to be an interesting group going forward.

I listen to XM ESPNU a lot while driving and my ears hurt from the negative thoughts coming from every broadcaster/analyst on the shows...one stat they bring up is that every single year a top ten ranked team ends up being unranked at end of the year....so WHO do they as the most likely candidate to do so this year? Of course the Gators.

They don't know squat about our roster,,,Campbell, Slaton, Conliffe, Dunlap, Shuler on the DL. They only have read about Zuniga. They don't know jack about Zach Carter or Jeremiah Moon (all 6'6" of him and all the snaps he got last year) or highly rated Andrew Chatfield who was a terror sacking QBs in high school in Miami area....and is a r/s frosh.


Our offense includes ankle breaker Toney, and a multitude of very good WRs and a QB who has 2 years starting experience with a howitzer for an arm. Perine, Davis and Pierce can provide the run game and help Franks stay clean. An accurate FG kicker (17-19 FGs) and a punter Townsend with a 45.4 avg (9th best in the country).

The teams that are over rated include Michigan & Nueter Damsel in the top ten. WTF has Michigan done since last year to deserve that ranking????


One of the teams that was preseason top ten last year was none other than Miamuh.

We are easy to pick because of Oline.

They are forgetting of course this is not a young Oline, just didnt start many games. Also seem to forget we have one of the best Oline coaches in the country.

Let them keep it up. That kind of talk kept the line low for Miami and I will enjoy the money I make from the curb stomping we put on them from our "overrated" team.

Yea I'm really hoping they arent. We do not have DT depth to lose 3 guys right before game one. Luckily Miamis O line is awful so it may be fine.

I don't know what site it was but I saw mention of Carter possibly moving over for parts of the game. I kind of glanced over though so don't quote me on it.

Miami will try and run straight at us probably. Think our safeties will play a big role in limiting their run game as well. Luckily they are pretty good tacklers back there.

With how this off season has gone it would be nice for "rumors" to not be true this time


Either way...Miami still has a shitty offensive line so even if we have to play small with three DE's...I don't expect them to magically create push. That shite is a hot mess over there. 2 star freshman starting...that is holy shite bad

Just curious I have yet to hear anything about any suspension's for the game checked gatorsports.com and nothing on there as of yet.

Has anyone heard and/or know anything.

I mean it depends on who you ask, too. I've seen somewhere between like 1 and 15 players.
