i'm honestly believing that we'll be scratching our way to stay above a 10th ranked recruiting class at this point. i didn't think performance matters considering miami was able to hold onto their class from last season, but evidently it does to some folks.

A 10th ranked class is not bad, but it's not anything special.
Honestly, as each day passes I'm getting more and more out on Napier. Seems like this job is too big for him.

I said during the season that I'll make my judgment on Napier during the off-season. So far, it hasn't inspired any hope that he's got a grip on the situation or will fix it.

I am with you right there. We needed to nail the staff changes, hold onto our class, and do well in the portal. Right now it looks like we are going 0-3.

That trip was really weird, and it almost feels like we have thrown in the towel with him. Armstrong, his potential position coach, wasn't there at all. Napier only did a school visit with Juluke of all people, but never actually went in home with X. Napier ended up flying with Juluke to go see DJ Lagway.

Just message board chatter, I'm no insider at all, but from what I've read regarding X is that he and his mother want him to go UF but his father and HS coach are pushing Texas on him.

With all the high profile players in the portal why is Napier not not listing some of these guys.
Why not send Armstrong to go see Nolan. You need D line man and that guy is a player.

Our reporters say Armstrong coaches safety's in practice. Regardless, why aren't you sending your DC to see him? Why are Billy and Juluke leaving after they go to the school to go visit Lagway? Definitely did not feel like a full court press from us.
