He will just enroll and show up to class since he sent his LOI to UGA, then was released from it.
You do not need to sign an LOI. I don't know why more top level recruits just skip that process especially with coaches leaving right after ESD and NSD.
If I was advising a 5 * recruit I would tell them the following: Take all 5 OVs and not sign an LOI
Just do an announcement and enroll in school

Evans has some concerns off the field but is a stud on the field. I know Brewster is already on the kid and that holds well for us. Smart of Mullen to put Brewster in the fold immediately with Evans.

All I know is. As soon as Williams happened we went and got Brew. I think Mullen realized we had to get a few guys who are straight up recruiters like Brewster.
And what do you know...Evans looks like he may be a Gator and Brewster is the guy going after him.
