Saying sanders and Thibodeaux might as well be Gators without the LOI is pretty bold.

Inside info or something else?

Sanders' brother committed the day after he visited and his ma' is a lifelong Gators fan, so I'm pretty sold on him.

Thibodeaux also got a few crystal balls for Florida, and I might not be as sold as Sanders for him because there's still a lot of stuff going on, but he has a very, very strong relationship with Dan Mullen. Thib' said:

“Coach Mullen is honestly a great dude,” Thibodeaux said. “I respect him as a man. I respect his morals. It was actually a great experience to talk to him one-on-one and really find out who he is.”

“He’s just straight forward,” Thibodeaux said of Mullen. “He’s not a used car salesman like most coaches are. He is who he is. There’s nothing to hide or under his sleeve. What you see is what you get. He’s probably one of the most honest and respectable men I’ve ever met.”

Normally I would just chalk this up as fluff, but he had spent the last week talking about nameless coaches who were lying to him and then cancelled his trip to Florida State to spend another night at Florida. Mullen just has to keep it up, but Thibodeaux loved his trip, spoke highly about Mullen regarding something he had been very upset about the last few weeks, oh, and his ma' really enjoyed Gainesville. :)

Gator TV with his mom, just because it's fun:

And again, do you think anyone on this board cares about your opinion? Go play with the other puppies.

Yes. But this particular recruiting nugget is not my opinion. It’s the opinion of the recruiting experts (i.e. not you or I) that Hunter’s recruitment will be a roller coaster going all the way to signing day.

Matt Elam on campus same day his Nephew Kaiir Elam, 4* CB is coming to visit on pro day. 11 - 0 Crystal balls in Florida's favor.

Also, to fans of other teams: This isn't a place to debate what you think about Florida Gator recruiting -- there is already a board for that. So please kindly refrain from posting in this thread specifically, thank you. :)

Frank Ladson Jr., 5* Receiver and former Florida commit was back on campus and stepped in for a nice lil' photo shoot.

Great to see so many croots interested. Hoping for some commits from higher rated players to start some momentum for us.

Commits will come with wins. And not just any type of wins. Bombs over the SEC with 30+ point difference wins.

To me the clear cut “we’re back” or on our way was when the in state kids were all over practices and games. They wanted to commit so they could have a spot.
What I’m getting at is, I agree with the wins but I like getting these kids on campus before the summer has even started.
I like where this is headed even without a game being played yet.

I feel like in order to do really well this year we need a few things to bounce our way. Obviously Qb and O line need to improve but I think we really need the NCAA to clear Grimes and Van Jefferson.

Grimes and Jefferson are our most important assets at this point, and I think both will get cleared because of rare and strange circumstances. Grimes wasn't even in Ohio State for more than one game before going back to his ma, and VJ obviously had that insanity with Ole Miss.

Hopefully they're back officially soon.
