Well Straws....Joseph gets advice on 3rd round? He is a lot better than you think. No one knows but these are kids that need change in their pockets and hopefully Joseph will listen to good advice.

Mullen visited Tarquin 4 * OL soon to not be Canes commit. If/when he OVs expect a commit to the good guys. Early Enrollee. Will likely RS due to shoulder surgery.

Great footwork, needs strength.

On Monday night the Florida Gators picked up their third commitment for the 2021 class as they added an instate receiver. 2021 receiver Trevonte Rucker (6-0, 155, Ocala, FL. Vanguard) committed to Florida on Monday night because of the feeling he got in Gainesville.

I hope Joseph comes back. I’ve seen him get a 3rd round grade in some early mocks. They way he played in that LSU game was amazing. That’s his ceiling, if he did that every week my god the defense would be amazing. He was national player of the week after that game. Linebacker is a position that requires a lot of reps to hone your skills in. I think he would be special next year.

His stock is up, but I'd be shocked with him going in the third. It's not that he's not good -- he is amazingly talented, but look at the FSU game (just as one example) -- especially on 4th and 13. He's also been extremely bad in coverage. Porter will remember this fondly: But Nauta burnt him four times on one drive, literally burnt toast, couldn't stop that play.

He is very good, but he has a lot to work on. He could easily be 1 - 2 next year and cash out, but third, in my opinion, might be a little high, especially with the LB class this year.

But, to make this more contemporary:

Our LBs are about to have a serious injection of talent. I can't wait to see Diwun put on some weight. Kid played some WR in HS too, and he could easily play on the line or...he can do it all. Super hyped to have the 'Percy Harvin' of our defense.

You guys think Burney stays at Safety or moves to OLB? Ppl saying he may outgrow the safety spot

I think it completely depends on what happens with this recruiting class.

I feel like he could even be a STAR candidate, but I mean: IF we get Steele and/or Elam, someone's going to play somewhere on defense. Both of them are good enough to start almost immediately.

I have no idea, though, if we have some misses I could see it happen. Burney's a good athlete, but even at Safety everyone's an underclassman.

Just gotta wait for the guys transferring/coming in.

Percy Harvin

Yeah I have heard a bunch of claims to the "next" Percy. I'll believe it when I see it.

Harvin of the defense.* Doubt we ever see someone like that on offense.

Diwun Black could literally play any position outside of DT and CB. But DE, Rush, Mike, STAR, Safety, anything. Super long body, played on offense as well so his hands are pretty soft and he understands route running better than your average LB.

Dude's good, and the only reason he's not a five star is because he didn't play this year.

Doesn't bode well for Elam if we're still looking around.

I like Vosean, he has his moments but has also been a liability at times as well. especially in pass coverage. UGA TE abused him, Mizzous TE on the wide open post run was Vo's man and in the FSU game, the long QB run for a td was a missed open field tackle by Vosean. He can blitz, he's fast but he over runs his gaps sometimes and like I said, needs work on coverage. Id like for him to stay, but if he goes pro its no huge loss.

Very interested in what Grantham could come up with for Black. Perfect guy for a multiple defense.

Also Baby Reese is a great athlete too.

Edit the coach that just went in home from USC was fired this morning making it 4 coaches let go so far..

He is healthy, focused on getting grades and the right classes. Even moved to Florida to help with that.

This could not have worked out better for UF. Helton is a retard for letting those guys meet with recruits.
