It depends on how you gauge and read into those stars. There are walkons (Baker Mayfield) who eventually pan out. Maybe they do statistically do better, but you can't just recruit the stars if only to raise the class.
Getting us good players regardless of what ratings agencies have them at, and that's absolutely possible.

His actions have shown he doesn't want corral. He still hasn't met him. Hell he saw fields before even calling corral. He's tried to get his former QB commit at MSU. If he wanted corral he would've already shored up his commitment

Corral is tweeting, interacting with and pretty much only doing positive things for the Gators. There are two ways to see this: Mullen knows Corral is in the bag (more likely), or Mullen knows he isn't.
Also, if he was recruiting them at MSU, I'd be surprised if he didn't try to recruit them to come here. He saw something in them, and even at QB, we need more than just Corral because we really need other quarterbacks.
Zaire? Isn't good enough for us to play him before Corral.
Franks? Game over, man, game over. No way he's QB next year unless something miraculous happens.
Trask? Has played as much College ball as Corral.
Allen? Same.

Yea. Losing Corral without a sure thing at QB worries me. It does seem we aren't all that interested in him you would think he would have been priority number 1 to lock up if the staff really wants him. I mean if you don't want him because he isn't what you want in a QB I get it..just make sure we have something coming in we can start very soon if removing a stud like Corral.

You aren't very intelligent. Landing the 2nd best kicker is very important. You need a good kicker for that tough day where the offense isn't clicking. Can be the difference between 11-1 and 9-3

100%. And it's nice landing a top kicking prospect who, if I'm not mistaken is also a punter.
Kohl's has him listed as the #1 Kicker and #5 Punter. He fills both of our needs and we needed them immediately. This is a great pickup.
