Eddie Pinerio decommits from Bama.

This is crazy. He reaffirmed his commitment last week. Mac sharing Cuban sandwiches with him worked. I didn't expect this to happen to be honest. The last I heard was we were waiting on him before we pursued other kickers.

We have a chance at 3 commits tomorrow
Eddie Pineiro (#1 kicker)
Jacob Eason (#1 QB)
David Reese (#16 linebacker)
The first and third are much more likely than Eason. But still an opportunity.

Yeah, I don't see him flipping after just 1 visit and when his parents have never visited Gainesville.

The meltdown if he flipped would be amazing

247 is stating Eason likes that UF can develop him into the QB he wants to be, but he doesn't want to let all the UGA commits down that he has been close with for so long.

I am happy UF has Franks along with Trask. Pinero is a bigger need at kicker than QB. I don't think I would ever say that. Thanks "Armpits" Hardin

More like he's starting to do what he is supposed to do. This crap where all of these other SEC coaches come to Florida and cherry pick our best recruits needs to end. And it looks like Mac is starting to make it happen. Next step is to go into those states and steal their best recruits and let them see how it feels.

This is your future, kid.
This is the one time in football where it is okay to be selfish. The decision needs to be selfish.
Don't wanna play him the next three years because he is a phenom, but hey, if you ain't a Gator you're Gator Bait.
I still think it's weird to make an announcement that you are sticking to a school that you've been committed to for 18 months. I guess thats just the state of recruiting now.

Matt Stafford was a phenom as well and a better QB coming out of HS.

That is not a very good display of decision making skills (career wise).
It has been said, he has been groomed since he was four years old to play the position of quarterback.
Looks to me like he might be prone to throwing into a lot of double coverage, if he is concerned with what his so called friends might think, if he flips.
If his heart is set on being a Dawg, more power to him.

Look at Eason's highlights. He faced terrible competition. I'm not saying he'll be a bust but there's no guarantee that he'll be a star either.
