You always have great info and our recruiting has been kind of meh for the last year up until the Tennessee game. So no worries, but I am glad to see it picking up steam.

Recruiting gets me through part of the offseason...come mid January it will be 24/7.

This is just the start. Wait til we get the rest of our commits. The UAA game will be filled with UF talent.
Mack Wilson LB will be between us and Bama probably. He is wearing a lot of Gator gear at his highschool in Bama so that is a good sign.
Josh Uche LB is looking at us to but we will also fight Bama for him.
Shavar Manuel DT is still leaning gators but LSU made a push when he was there when we played them. But everything I am hearing he is still a Gator lean. He goes to the IMG academy and we have plenty of ties there.
I don't know if we get Sam Bruce WR. He said he didn't commit to a coach but to the school. Then later said as long as KB (one of the coaches) is there he is. If he comes it will be a surprise I think.
We should get Nate Craig Meyers. His brother is already a Gator. Giving us NCM, Swain, Hammond and Wells at WR. Word is we might get some other WR's that could make Wells either decommitt or get pushed. Hammond is visiting Georgia soon and his brother Frankie is helping to keep him a Gator. He might not like competition but hopefully he stays.
If we finish out like everything is projected we will have a top 5 class if not top 3 when its all said and done. With huge playmakers on both sides of the ball.
We need to work on Eddie Piniero K who is a Bama commit and get him in our class dudes got videos of him hitting from 76yds out. Granted not rushed but still.

Any recruit that attended the UT or Ole Miss games would have put UF on their special list of schools they wanna go to. The committed elsewhere recruits would have been seriously impressed. We will have the girls school at end of the year and another great opportunity to showcase our program, our school and the fans who make the Swamp a feared place to travel to.
Theres going to be changes in recruiting circles amongst the services who list of recruits and where they rank them compared to right now. We will get ours....just need some beef on the DL and of course the OL will need depth and we will have the luxury next year to redshirt a lot of OL unless they are just that damn good. We got a lot of game snaps from sophs and frosh this year...we really dont have but a couple of juniors. Depth is needed of course and we have been fairly lucky so far on the OL that we havent lost anyone. Our OL will be a strength next year my friends. Need a couple of killer LBs and a few more DBs and with our WR recruiting we should be reloading.
Im excited to see the UA game in St Petersburg, my home town now. We might be getting a few blue chippers at the game?

Just curious, where did you hear that? The LSU side feels really good about Manuel as well. Definitely a LSU-uf battle for him.

i think he signs with uf because he'll play here immediately, probably start. he won't be one among 4 elite dt recruits. you guys have both starters coming back next year. obviously wouldn't suprise me either way.

I follow a lot of recruiting analysts on twitter and from other sources that either know him or his friends. One of the guys I grew up with works at the IMG academy as well. He said Manuel really liked his LSU visit but still is looking at UF hard.

UF fans need to pay close attention to Eli Stove and Tre Nixon. Both of them are showing heavy interest in UF, but I think they only take 1, unless they start feeling like Sam Bruce isn't going to happen.
Tre Nixon has been at UF a few times over the past 2 months or so.
Eli Stove visited back in the summer and plans on visiting next week against Vandy. He may return for the FSU game with teammates as well. An official visit should come in January some time per Stove. So that is potentially 3 visits that could happen in the next 2-3 months.
If Nixon beats Stove to the punch, I think the staff waits on Bruce. Nixon, Stove, and Bruce is the most intriguing situation UF has right now if you follow UF recruiting.

Been hearing the same thing on these two. But what I heard is the staff isn't expecting to get Bruce but wont turn him down either. Bruce has a lot of pressure being down by Miami to go to the U they think that is part of what is holding him from jumping ship. Luckily we have Jake Allen in his ear and he knows Scarlett so maybe he can help sway him.
We will end up with a current WR commit leaving if we get both of them and NCM which from what I am hearing is almost a lock right now. That would leave us with Stove, Nixon, Hammond, Swain and NCM. Wells will most likely be the one to either be "forced" out. Anything can happen and it is early but we are adding playmakers regardless.

Am I the only one who wishes we'd tell Nixon to hold off? Don't get me wrong, he's a good prospect. But Stove looks elite. His tape is fricking awesome.

From what I hear Stove and Nixon want to play together so there is no problem there. Bruce and Wells would be the only concerns if they ended up both committing. I also heard the top kicker Piniero is coming to UF this weekend. He is currently a verbal Bama commit. Georgia QB commit Eason may visit soon as well. If Richt gets fired we might have a chance with him.

It would be things that happened when Urban was coach. I direct messaged the guy and he said the writers said that it could go down as one of the top 3-5 violations ever and the report would come out in January. Not sure if its just Tennessee fans making crap up or if its a guy just trolling. The reason it is hard for me to believe is because Foley is in such direct compliance with the NCAA and he self reports everything. I think this is probably a troll Tennessee fan who is just mad because they still suck.

Lets get the WRs on campus and signed up. You have to realize that we can always get them on the field early on in special teams play etc etc When DB Nick Washington recovered the fumble/muff in the end zone for TD...alongside him was one of our backup WRs Chris Thompson....both dont play much right now but may get more snaps next year in Washingtons case, but Thompson will have harder time getting on the field because of the talent ahead of him. Fulwood, Showers (he is a sr) and Thompson are sometimes in the mix but not targeted much and cant seem to separate from DBs.
I wish DRob could have made more catches and ditto McGee, Treon needs to throw more to # 83 because of his sure hands. If we can get through the next 3 games then Treon will have had plenty of snaps before we play the girls school at home. He doesnt need to be a Tebow or a Wuerffel, just be dependable and secure the ball...let our defense give us great field position....but it would be nice if he could get us 60% completion rate.
