not to defend muschamp..because im not. but vs unc the receiver for unc made a circus catch td..horn somehow magically had a football go thru his hands like a david blane magic trick we win if he catches that. and bentley missed a wide open guy at the end..somehow.

we also played bama which was going to be a loss and it was hilinski first road start with an obviously effed up shoulder vs missouri.

we looked much better defensively vs uk. lets see what happens next saturday and so forth. im an optomist..we can still win 6..

And yet it took Muschamp a third of the season to figure that out.

That's the difference between practice and playing the game. Using a Multiple D scheme is a nice concept, but very hard for most players to play well in.

i know but that missed int was just crazy. i looked at the replay 10 times and cant figure how that ball got thru horns hands. that literally is spooky.

and i just honestly want him to work out because i am not getting any younger around this place.

sc has proven it can win big games and this team would seriously kill the team from 2015.

i am not sure about will but i so want it to work.

I never thought we had the personal to run a true 3-4.

that play will haunt us this most this season. you must have an iron stomach to keep watching that replay.

In my mind, it's easier to find the guy to be a "spur" than a "buck". In a program like ours, I much prefer the 4-3 to the 3-4. 4-3 dudes are easier to find than 3-4 dudes.

But I'm no expert.

I had triggered flashbacks to Marquez North and Tennessee, 2013...

We don't have a true space eating NT for a 3-4 defense.

We did last year, but he went goofy.

I agree with this but our bigger challenge with running a 3-4 has been the LB/DB personnel.
