I'm gonna be out for a while on the recruiting front for a while...got surgery and therapy coming up for a brown recluse bite on my left lateral knee

Damn Mike ... God Bless you. Had that happen to a buddy of mine and it was nasty, scary stuff.
Good luck and we'll look forward to your return.

Those are nasty little things. I had one bite me on my left ankle, didn't think much of it at the time.
Three days later, without going into gory details, they carved out a section of "necrotized" tissue bigger then a quarter that went all the down to the bone. I shan't describe what that was like, especially since the very bottom layer hadn't been numbed by the shot they gave me.
You'll have a nasty little scar to be sure but they should be able to fix you up just fine. It won't be a fun couple of weeks though.

Hilinski is kicking some arse at the opening. It sounds like he'll get a bump after it's over. South Carolina got really good QB prospect.

Kid is definitely all-in and a rock solid commit.
He's a good looking prospect. Nothing but good reports coming out about him at the camps fir sure so far.

Most of the scouts there have Hilinski as their top guy. 1 guy even said Rattler was not impressive at all.

I like what I've been seeing on Hilinski. I'm seeing a lot of people saying that hes the top QB there, and many more expecting him to get his 5th star. Apparently hes taking more deep shots that other QBs are scared to throw and completing them.
His TD pass to Ford was perfect. Really excited about him.
Warren McClendon and Joseph Anderson were also in the top performers article I read on the Opening. Great news to hear as well.
I feel like I've been hearing Robinson has been on the verge of committing for weeks. Maybe Mullins helps him make the call, but either way, whenever it happens, I think we are all expecting it.

I've been expecting it since last week. He all but did it the day after Mullins ... not sure what the holdup is but dayum, I'm ready.

Ryan finished 3rd in the Elite 11. Pretty impressive seeing as how in January he was basically an unknown.

Pretty sure I saw somewhere he had the best overall completion rate and TD/interception ratio. Could be mistaken, tho. Too lazy this morning to find where I read it at. If I suddenly become motivated later I'll find it.

The good news I had on mccullough has turned sour, he is now hesitant to get back to campus...

I thought we lead with 4* DT Jaquaze Sorrels? What happened?
Just saw this sorry it's late...i dont think sorrels joins us...i dont agree with it cause imo when stud dlinemen wanna jump on you take them, but the staff is content and are now focusing on Walker and the 2020 class

Sorrels isn't announcing until later in August, after Walker, so if we miss on Walker then Sorrels will be here. Word from inside is Boom may take both and only 3 db and 1 other ol.

It's a crapshoot right now on sorrels, but doubtful he joins the class.
Posted on 7/6/18 at 1:12 pm to mikeboss550
Not that he is a slouch but I would prefer Walker.

Well no shite, there is a reaso they are done on the dline unless Walker wants in...Sorrels isn't likely a take, if Belk wasn't coming in then maybe.

He's overrated imo, plus a few other coaches in the area.
