Another to keep an eye on is CB Cameron Smith outta Blythewood. Measured in at 6'1" and ran a sub 4.5 40 and has a 37 inch vertical. Got a Gamecock offer today.

He's headed to UGA at the moment ... we're a real longshot especially since we want him as a LB and he knows it.
We're fast running out of schollies so we'll have to be very picky from here on out. We're saving one for Belk too don't forget.
ETA: Saving one for Belk, Savion Jackson and Jammie Robinson. That really only leaves us with seven, possibly eight (if they can put one on last year) left to give.

Is this true? I thought he was the one wanting to play LB because they have more longevity and we were hesitant about him at LB. I could be off on that though.

Cant count back anymore...we can onlybtake 23 with belk...we want crouchbat rb he wantsvto play lb...as of bow he is leaning tenn and clemson...

Mike, 88 and you are both right. I was looking at some old notes. He evidently has said be is open to playing LB and I see where he's picked-up another Clemson prediction and lost a couple of UGA predictions. I do not see where he's given us anymore props though ... but he is one I am going to do some checking on. I know I was told we were not going to get him by someone and I have to check and see if that maybe has changed. I've missed three Wednesday breakfasts in a row and apparently I'm way behind on the latest on this kid.

Rooster, he is a guy that I think will be swayed heavily by how we play this year. I think he does have some level of interest in our program but is taking a wait and see approach as far as how BMac's offense will do.

If Belk announces as planned and Savion commits here, then provided we don’t have any flips, I would almost match our DL in potential against most anybody in the coming years. Future definitely looks bright.
