I've heard that before second-hand ... plus I think there was some kind of high-school tie-in between the two with a common coach somewhere and I read where that coach, I cannot remember his name, said basically the same thing.

I've seen him running the scout team in practices and he gives our defense fits. I was talking to Skai at a function about a month ago and I told him my opinion based on what I saw and he agreed and then Fenton leaned-in and chimed-in as well. They were both really high on him and talked about things he does in practice that make them shake their heads in disbelief.

I know I saw him roll to his left one time and I thought he was about to be decapitated by Wonnum but he tucked the ball and turned on the jets, hit a tiny cap and kicked in the afterburners and he was gone ... I mean flat gone. Nobody is going to catch that white boy if he gets a step on them.

He has such good vision too.

I'll guarantee you he is going to see a good bit of playing time next season. He is really fun to watch. I look for him to show-out this spring. The first time our fans get to collectively see him in action everyone is going to be Ooooing and Awwwwing. He is a legit talent.

This redshirt year with him working under Roper on his throwing mechanics has been a biggie. Roper couldn't call plays but the man did know how to develop QBs. I understand that Bentley was bitten by the sophomore jinx bug a bit this year but Roper really did help Urich become a better passer.

And goodness but our scout team had to be tougher than nails under mUSChamp. He showed no mercy in practices which I believe really helped Urich as well. He's used to getting hit.

One of the film guys who tapes practice/games for us is a friend of mine, and that’s what he calls him. Good stuff.

Isn't Sandidge announcing soon? I am assuming that's who he was talking about.

Wonder what the deal is with Pickens? My Clemson buddies (yes, I have a few of them) think he is all theirs. I haven't switched my brain over to 2019 yet.
