I'm honestly just glad its not Muscant. But we fired him and ate that pay out for Beamer? A guy with 0 PLAYCALLING EXPERIENCE. You don't eat a $13 million buyout clause to hire recruiter who coaches special teams at random stops.

Dont' worry, someone smart will hire him and he'll do just that. And Gus Malzhan leveraged the signing of elite talent to get him his jobs.. He didn't coach dog shite teams on his way up. How quickly people have forgotten what Chadwell did at Charleston Southern.

Guys like malzhan and chadwell perform great for the first couple years before people have seen the offense multiple times. Then things start getting figured out and you're left with a HC whose entire success is tied to an offensive scheme that no longer works and they don't adapt or change. Didn't they say they were going to have a thorough and exhaustive interview process. 
Oh yeah, they really explored all options. Jesus we could've easily have had Lane Kiffen had those morons not given Muscant an extension.
