Should take a little pressure off this game (Which was a bit puzzling in it's scheduling.)

I've heard the scheduling was payback for something we owed them for a long time and it's not a bad time given some of the prospects up in that area.

App State is gonna miss that guy. Louisville will get better overnight.

One of my Godchildren graduated from up there, his sister, my Goddaughter from Maryland, is at SC now. But we used to go up to our place in Seven Devils during ski season before I got too old to ski anymore ... and we'd visit with him, go to basketball games, etc. We sold that place and bought the place over in Jonesborough TN not far from there ... but I'm looking forward to going up there for a game. Beautiful country. Heard there are three big time prospects in the area for the 2020 and 2021 classes.

Have they named a replacement for Satterfield yet? I'll be surprised if they don't reach out to Sean Elliott honestly.

Boone is awesome.
Reminds me of a smaller Asheville... which is also awesome.

Never to old to ski rooster. I taught a 76 y/o woman my first year out here. She was a never ever. They have a group at ALTA called the wild bunch. You have to be 80+ to join. They have one guy in his 90's.

It's not so much about my age as my broken bones. Pins in my ankle, femur and hip ... although I just had two of the five pins removed from my ankle this past March actually. But my snow skiing days are over. Last time I snow skiied was in 2014 in Sun Valley and I made the mistake of heading straight to the top for a double black diamond Chinese downhill with some of my old troops and my Son ... and he was on a snowboard. I ended up having to take the ride of shame after almost taking out Scott Glenn on the way down.

Funny story. He was kinda pissed about it though. LOL

I was hell on the slopes as a younger man though. Really learned in the Army, in the Alps, and took to it easily. Had a pair of 210 Bionic Arcs I bought cheap in Europe and skied those for years but blew out my boots and had a hard time finding a new size 17 pair (extra socks) so I just kinda gave it up.

Maybe ten or fifteen years from now I'll be out there hitting on the old ladies on the bunny slopes. I dunno. lol
