He had an annual UGA troll thread in which he kept up with all of the UGA FB players that were arrested in the off season. When he posted it for the update last off season the thread was whacked probably 5 times. It pissed him off that the mods would do that with all of the other shitposting everyone else does so he decided it was time to move on to greener pastures.

I think that's what it was ... I used to feel the same way especially back when I changed my username around the time Mizzou and A&M joined the conference. There for awhile I was getting a time out pretty often for busting their balls even when I thought the Missourites had it coming in particular.
Eventually I just decided to go with the flow and take it all in stride. Got more done when I wasn't picking up my phone or tablet to catch-up ten times a day.
CIYE will return eventually. This is still the best board around to avoid the sunshine pumpers and mix with an overall good group of guys and a lady. Plus it's not subscription driven and there are not any real just aggravating obsessed egotistical members or mods around here for the most part.
And Chicken loves me .... that's all I really live for anyways.

Yea, where? This is the most tolerant place I've found when it comes to buffoonery and shite talking, that's a huge part of its appeal.

Yea Reddit is better for some things, like well-researched effort posting, but the level of discourse is just different. I don't know how to put it in to words but it has a cheesy, punny, love-everyone culture that gets old very quickly.
It's a victim of the larger "we did it reddit!" culture that people complain about. I post in /r/cfb from time to time, especially during the season, but I'm not a huge fan.

I kinda think at some point during the offseason a usc royal rumble would be good to blow off steam.

I was referring to the ban I got for bringing the whole rape accusations forward with the Mizzou girl who ended-up committing suicide. Being a Dad to three daughters and having had kept up with what happened and how it was poorly handled IMHO ... well, it really bothered me as a parent. Still does when I stop to think about it.
