You know if I knew I had one last chance and was given millions to build a team I would be aggressive and doing everything I could to succeed. Looking at the team Paris is building for next year it appears that he either doesn't care or is dumb to his position remaining as coach.

You're not looking at it the right way. We gave up on the next season the minute Paris was kept. Probably eyeballing potential candidates as the next season unfolds.
