Does he leave? If he does how big a deal will it be?

He is our recruiting coordinator and brings in some talent himself so I'd rather he stay on the staff

I think it might be better for both if he left, honestly. He would be able to get out of his father's shadow and go back to his alma mater. He would be able to put his stamp on an offense. If he succeeds his future would be a lot brighter than sticking around here.

USC on the other hand would be able to get some fresh idea's in the receiver development. The same could be said of our recruiting focus. I actually like the classes and players we've brought in, but there does still seem to be a lot of talent being left out there for the picking. A continual top ten team should be getting their pick of players, not losing out to the Kentucky and UNC's who are taking the talent we covet.

Conversely, I was kind of looking forward to an off season with little to no coaching turnover. Continuity could be a great thing for this young team.

Either way I think it will work itself out.

yep, SOS will always be the playcaller so if Jr can leave and have a successful offense of his own, he will be on his way to getting a HC position somewhere.

I think he should.

He needs to get out of his dad's shadow and establish his own name.

Also, I think we could get an even better WR/Recruiting Coach.
