Good problem to have when a 4* WR can't crack the 2 deep, though I think I heard he had some motivational problems. Best of luck to him.

Fack. This hurts depth. Another spot for the next class though.

We have two guys coming in (Samuel and Davidson) who look like they were going to push for playing time early, so I'm not sure how much this will actually hurt our depth.

Totally forgot Davidson existed somehow, damn I hope he comes in ready to ball.

I think I called that one some time ago.

He's been a little disruptive - spoiled brattish you might say. Difficulty meshing with teammates. He needed to find a new home and start all over again. We wish him well and best of luck in the future. He was given a lot of opportunities to turn it around and establish himself.

ETA: The real shame of this, retrospectively, is that we took Fuller over Quinshad Davis out of Gaffney. Davis attended every single Gamecock home game that year except one. He may well be a late first to early second round pick in next year's draft.

We've had great success with WR recruiting and development lately but, man, that was a helluva miss.

Samuel should come in ready to play and in the same position as Fuller. Davidson is still coming off an injury, right? I think I recall TBS as labeling him a redshirt candidate (needs some weight training, too).

The sad thing is that a lot of people knew it was a miss at the time.

Smith and Fuller are both gone, leaving only Roland from that signing class. Tough.

This is what I've heard, so Samuel has the best chance at early playing time with Davidson recovering and Googer playing QB in high school
