IBG, he can coach D, when he's focused on that. We all can agree there are 25 schools out there who would reach out to him just to coach their D. I don't mean anyone would hire him again as a HC.

I just don’t think he does
I say he either takes a year off or he gets hired as an analyst (the way Saban does to get around those buyout prices)

I'm not sure working at Liberty is some sort of moral redemption. The Falwells are pretty gross.

Napier might be a good hire and he seems to come baggage free. Freeze is a good hire but he comes with a lot of baggage.
If you can get both I'd take Napier. But he seems to be happy down in swamp land and he might be eyeing Oregeon starting to flounder and thinking the LSU job might pop open at this rate in a year or two. Freeze will bite on any offer you give him at this point.

Thats the problem, it shouldn't be. Its inexcusable for us to not win 7/8 games a year, no matter what.

Of course, but to expect our BOT's and AD to do what i"d do is a massive stretch. All we can hope for is 7/8 wins right now. WE can worry about more later.
