Paying Dana Holgerson $ 4 million a year. And have you looked at the coaches they've had come through there? Granted its a 2/3 years gig but you have to give them credit, they're aggressive with hiring.

Oil money. And they seem to get the up and coming OC’s. Except Holgerson is supposed to be a long term fix
